Who is Kubera?
Kubera is the god of money, wealth, and prosperity in Hindu mythology. He is often depicted as a plump, pot-bellied man with a large nose and a beard. He is usually shown holding a money bag or a pot of gold in his hands.
Kubera is said to live in the city of Alaka, in the Himalayas. He is the son of Vishrava and the brother of Ravana. Kubera is also known as the king of the Yakshas.
